Roxana Halls' Tingle - Tangle was exhibited at the Royal National Theatre, South Bank, London in 2009

This photographic series, created in collaboration with photographer Matthew Tugwell, offers a ‘behind the scenes’ glimpse into the life of the Tingle Tangle. The studio in which the Tingle Tangle paintings were created now lies empty with props and marionettes abandoned. The cabaret troupe have left the stage and wandered off around the theatre. An impresario surveys ‘his’ domain. The theatre itself asserts its mysterious presence….
